I clicked on the link above for crime fiction writers. it does not lead to a site. I hand typed http://www.crimefictionwriters.com thinking that would help. No dice. Thought you would like to know. I hope you get this worked out. The crime readers link is effective. I signed up for your newsletter. 🙂

Thank you for letting me know, Annette. And thank you for signing up for the newsletter!

I seem to be having a link problem today. In fact, the links to the free e-book don’t seem to be working either. I’m trying to get that fixed.

But the link on the website and the one in your comment are actually working for me. I clicked on it, and it went straight there. This one did too. http://crimefictionwriters.com. Maybe there was just a short-term glitch?

    Hey Jaden,

Last post to your site for writers was in 2017. Are you still out there?

    Best,
    Liz

      Hi, Liz.

I am–and thank you for your interest!

I got bogged down in some other projects, but I see it’s time to get back in the groove. Do yo have any requests?

      Best,

      Jaden

Liz, you might be interested in the Facebook Live series I do for writers on Mondays at noon Central (1:00 PM Eastern. 11:00 AM Mountain, 10:00 AM Pacific).

We have some good, lively discussions, and the participants offer wonderful insights and say they get a great deal out of it.

    Hi there Jaden,

I recently saw you wrote a book in 2016, question me a novel. I’ve been working on writing my own book, crime fiction, set in 1963 in Belgium following the aftermath and scars that can not be erased even 18 years after world war 2.

In my fear of messing up I have not been writing as much as I should and progress is slow, then I noticed your book and realised that’s exactly what I need. My experience prior has never reached past the point of the beginning of the book into the middle and the end. Especially with crime fiction, I’ve been struggling.

I was wondering if there is any advice you could give me since I can’t really buy your book… The book isn’t available where I live

Orsolvet, I hope our conversation was helpful to you and that you’re doing well. It was a pleasure to meet you and your friend on Zoom.
